Building a Strong Team

Since joining forces in 2014 Steve and Stuart have recruited more than 16 highly skilled design and technical staff and moved to a modern, open plan design studio in central Glasgow. We are grateful to the clients who have supported us to achieve almost 100% of our work via negotiated repeat commissions and personal referrals, allowing us to achieve a 12-fold increase in workload, without losing our personal touch or compromising design quality. In December 2020 we were delighted to welcome Gillian Shields as a Director and she joins with Brian Gault and the team from Young & Gault. This strengthens our overall team to 27 and broadens our experience to include Hotel & Leisure and Elderly Care sectors.

Project Delivery

Every project is led by Steve Convery, Stuart Prenty or Gillian Shields throughout (you don’t get rid of us that easily). Our talented team of Architects, Senior Technicians, and Architectural Assistants are supported by our three Directors to bolster design, technical and management requirements. Every project has a dedicated point of contact and delivery team throughout the duration of the project.

Concise Briefing & Co-Ordination

With 30 years’ experience and a background in property development we will assist in formulating a concise project brief. We will challenge you with a focussed approach on the development of key concepts & aspirations unique to your business and its core values.
