With over 35 years’ experience working in the construction industry Warren has an in-depth knowledge of design and project delivery acting as an Associate, Team Leader and Project Architect for projects of varying size and complexity, across multiple sectors and working with a diverse range or Clients.

Warren has performed the lead role in the design and delivery of hotels, student and mainstream housing, commercial, sports stadia, healthcare facilities, care homes for the elderly, specialist care homes for those suffering from dementia, psycho-geriatric facilities, learning disability units, and many other project types.

He has excellent skills & expertise in all aspects of Conservation Design and has completed numerous complex refurbishments of Listed Buildings which have required a sensitive design approach and detailed negotiations with Statutory Conservation Agencies.

His concise and analytical approach to resolving complex design challenges is invaluable and he brings clear rational thinking to all tasks.
