Luddon Construction Ltd have been appointed as Principal Contractor for this 220,000sqft, £25m flagship facility located within the Gartcosh Industrial Park, north of Glasgow.
The Client (Guala Closures UK) manufacture bottle ‘closures’ (or tops) for the UK and international bottled drinks market.
This contemporary design has a distinctive architectural aesthetic which has been developed in response to the design aspirations of our Italian Client. We look forward to working with the Client & Contractor Team to bring this project to successful fruition.
Site start achieved November 2022 and completion target / handover is January 2024
