Sion Hill

Clifton, Bristol

The design intention of the works at Sion Hill was to reinstate a previously sub-divided townhouse into a single dwelling and consolidate the existing building condition. The design strives to sensitively upgrade this early 19th Century Grade II Listed Building to a modern standard family home, whilst respecting and celebrating the historic fabric. Thorough research into the history of the area was carried out to inform the proposals and to ensure that the building evolved without a loss of significance, working closely with the local authority to achieve this.
