Residential Development & Conversion. A sensitive redevelopment of the former Scotus Seminary. The scheme balances a sensitive site in a Conservation Area and introduces quality new build houses beside converted Listed buildings and numerous protected trees.

Providing a mix of New build villas, apartments and Listed Building conversions the quality, sensitive, and unique nature of the development is apparent.
