Nonhebel Business Park
Tobermory, Isle of Mull
Nonhebel Park Business Park is named after local businessman Andrew Nonhebel, who first approached the Mull and Iona Community Trust (MICT) about the need for more storage and small business premises in the North of Mull.
The Phase 1 development was completed in 2020, providing a variety of light industrial terraced workspace units, fenced compounds and self-storage containers for local business. Phase 2 was completed in 2024, providing an additional 4-unit light industrial terrace with external compounds and storage. Phase 3 of the development is progressing through planning at present.
Convery Prenty Shields Architects have enjoyed working alongside Mull and Iona Community Trust (MICT) and being part of the development of this business park.
