Inveroe Residential Development

Balerno

Inveroe is a high-end residential development featuring 8 luxury properties on land situated to the South of Kirknewton and West of Balerno.

The design concept for the development reflected traditional forms that respond to the neighbouring vernacular built form and reinforcing the rural nature of the site. A palette of quality materials have been used throughout the development and a thorough environmental assessment of the site was carried out to ensure the works enriched the existing abundant biodiversity. Building mass and appropriately sized glazing have been carefully considered to maximise natural solar gain and minimise heat loss, while providing exceptional uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape with plenty of green spaces allowing privacy and a safe space to spend a sunny day out.
