Convery Prenty Shields have obtained planning permission for regeneration of a vacant site within Craighall Business Park. Formerly intended for Business and Commercial use, this site provides an exciting opportunity to introduce residential development into an area which has been stagnant for over a decade. A wider masterplan of Craighall Business Park is also envisaged, with this project aiming to kickstart generation of the area between Spiers Wharf and the Old Distilling site at Port Dundas Hill. The two blocks of flats are of a contemporary nature but offer aspects of design which relate to the nearby listed buildings at Spiers Wharf. A combination of brick, zinc mansard roofing and landscaping have been carefully considered to achieve a vibrant and modern solution.
