Braehead Business Park

Renfrew

Braehead Business Park is a part of a bigger master plan development at Renfrew Riverside. The site lies north of King’s Inch Road on the Clyde riverside and is adjacent to Braehead Shopping Centre. The 3-storey building comprises of 24 individual suites approximately 2500 sq.ft. each.

These have been built speculatively and can merge into bigger suites depending on end user requirements. External treatment is predominantly red brick interspersed with large panels of curtain walling and aluminium cladding. The building is designed around a courtyard with a central focal point water feature stretching over 20 m through a strip of low level decorative shrub and Victorian box trees.
