Retirement Development

We were appointed to carry out architectural services from Building Warrant onwards for this prestigious project. We worked closely with the Client team to develop the detail design for this residential project which comprises two blocks with circa 70nr one and two bedroom apartments, with feature balconies, roof top communal lounge & roof terrace, and attractive landscaped gardens. The development has a striking contemporary appearance and is situated in a prominent location within Newton Mearns.
