This deceptively large building is located on a narrow plot within Fleet town centre. The hotel development comprises 72 bedrooms over 4 storeys with a great room incorporating the reception lobby, bar & restaurant at ground level. The elevations are of a contemporary design with setbacks to the top floor & the external material include red facing brick, non-combustible timber effect cladding & an aluminium standing seam roof. In the design of the primary elevation to we carefully considered the scale & massing of the building to ensure that the hotel would make a positive contribution to the existing traditional Fleet Road streetscape.
