This 3-storey 75 bed care home provides luxury accommodation with an unusual brief to design the facilities to create the ambience of a ‘boutique hotel’. All functional and dementia design requirements have been carefully integrated to create a superb home with generous space standards, cinema, private dining rooms, piano bar, hair & beauty salon, and a secure private garden within a mature landscape setting. The building is traditional in character with brick and cast stone materials, projecting bays, pitched roofs and attractive balconies overlooking the private garden.
