The Client brief for this project was to design an exemplar over 55’s Retirement Living Development.
We carried out architectural services from inception to completion for Cruden Homes (East) for their Juniper Residential brand. The finished development provides a mixture of bespoke detached and semi-detached bungalows & villas, terraced houses, cottage flats, and a Resident’s Club Lounge, all of which adopt the principles of Designing Streets planning policies. We have created a development with unique character and a sense of place which complements the surrounding townscape.
