LUXURY HOTEL DEVELOPMENT

We are delighted to be working with The Scotsman Group on this flagship project. The Old High School located in Elmbank Street presents a unique opportunity to bring The Scotsman Hotel Brand to Glasgow.

Our Client is excited by the potential to create a stunning destination which compliments their wider portfolio and experience with bespoke listed buildings.

The former High School of Glasgow site is a Grade A listed development within the Glasgow Central Conservation Area. Construction on the site dates back to 1846 and continued to develop over the next 130 years. The site has been empty since the relocation of Police Scotland in 2013 and has fallen into a state of disrepair. Significant works are required to ensure the longevity of the site for another 180 years.

Our exciting design proposals seek to contribute to the culture, regeneration, and economy of this key part of Glasgow City Centre which is currently undergoing a significant transformation.
