Retirement Development

We were appointed to carry out full architectural services for this project from inception to completion. This development is located on the site of the former Craws Nest Hotel, Anstruther. Situated within an established residential area, the scale, massing and architectural aesthetic have been designed to complement the surrounding townscape. The design proposals incorporate numerous traditional features and seeks to blend in with the local vernacular architecture of this well known East Neuk harbour town. Located in an elevated position the Residents enjoy excellent views towards the sea, harbour and local golf course. There is a communal lounge with an adjoining roof top terrace to allow all Residents the opportunity to enjoy the best views.
