Kirkview Crescent Luxury Development

Newton Mearns, Glasgow

A luxurious flatted development built on the site of a former care home, facing the Mearns Kirk. The two storey developments contains four generous ground floor flats and two spacious penthouse flats with views over the Kirk grounds. Completed in early 2022, this development was carefully considered to meet the client’s brief of spacious living whilst respecting the surrounding neighbourhood. The roof space has been innovatively designed to form high ceiling penthouse flats with natural slate and well detailed zinc-clad dormers. Convery Prenty Shields have completed several other projects of this nature, providing bespoke designs to suit client and site.
