By combining the finest materials, careful attention to period detailing and the use of natural sandstone to exactly match the original terrace the 5 new townhouses blend seamlessly into the existing Listed (B), period terrace. Exact matching to existing stonework, replicating roof profiles and extending the terrace whilst retaining balance the townhouses create modern luxury combined with period detailing. Built over four floors split three to front and four to the rear elevation which create private gardens and off street parking. Part of the development also includes a new World War I civic memorial.
