Craighall Business Park

Craighall Business Park is a 14 acre site in the Port Dundas area of North Glasgow. We worked with our client to search for suitable Business Park locations close to the City Centre and completed several feasibility studies culminating in a masterplan and detailed Planning Application for 17 Commercial Office Units.

We were retained to deliver a cohesive masterplan approval for the entire site and also the detailed design and delivery of the individual buildings to suit the requirements of the developer and each client / purchaser. The design offers clean, modern, commercial buildings using precast stone, steel and glass to maximise views out from the park and provide large, open plan office space utilising natural cross ventilation.
