This 4-star hotel with over 300 bedrooms was created for Arora Developments Ltd to operate as a centre for British Airways. Incorporating a dramatic central atrium with water features and glazed lifts this hotel provides a high quality environment. Facilities include a conference & business centre, leisure suite, club lounges, atrium bar & restaurants. The Client also enjoys the benefit of a bespoke private apartment, designed as a cubic structure which appears suspended over the main entrance foyer. We also provided an on-site design managerial role as well as providing full architectural and interior design services. This project marked the Practice’s second hotel development commissioned by this Client, with the first being a similar hotel facility for British Airways cabin crew near Heathrow Airport.
